"HOW TO GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE AT WORK"

By William E. Paul

Introduction

Pressures, stresses and conflicts under which a person must spend one-third of his day (employment) often create many special difficulties and temptations. This also applies to any situation where you have an authority figure from whom you must "take orders." (Job, school, military, church, etc.) When required to respond to "unreasonable" demands, it can cause frustration and even rebellion. When you understand certain Biblical principles, it can help you to "get along" better, "cope" more successfully and, yes, even be happy! Let's look at some of these principles.

I. Demonstrating Subjection.

B. Why should a person NOT feel he must right every wrong done to him by others?

Col. 3:25. Rom. 12:17-20
